About the Event
Over the years I have given myself to my profession and toyed with many different styles of cuisines as I am a classically trained chef. But with my father from the Islands of Fiji and my mother from St.Lucia in the Caribbean I am now bringing you my St. Lucian Fusion Menu.
My new menu is a fusion of dishes and ingredients from St. Lucia, France & England with my own twist!
I have a brand spanking new menu that I have created and I can't wait to serve it to you and for this event I will be back at Shrewsbury House Community Centre, Bushmoor Crescent, London SE18 3EG.
This event is ticketed and the price per ticket is £52.50 each for three courses!
