I am a true Londoner and grew up in the back end of Hoxton in Murray Grove and I have been a chef for over 30 years.
I studied my craft at Westminster College and had my first taste of cooking whilst at The Barbican Hotel as a school leaver and then went on to be trained as a Commis Chef under Anton Mosimann and Gary Rhodes.
I have worked in every aspect of catering throughout my career, from prestigious events, A La Carte restaurants, fine dining as well as a private chef to the rich and famous on several occasions.
Gaining experience along the way I climbed through the ranks to Head Chef in various central London locations and now I run MindPlus Wellness Retreats with my partner Becca, in Kent.
Over the last few years I have been trying to write a book about what I do for a living but with the long working days it has been difficult. Although as it is a passion, my aim is to get it finished this year. Fingers crossed!
In 2020 I aim to hold pop up kitchens / restaurants in London, so keep a look out and your ears to the ground for the adverts when they happen. I am also available for hire as a private chef, if you have a special dinner or event and you want delicious food, cooked beautifully and served for you to enjoy!
