Over the years I have given myself to my profession and toyed with many different styles of cuisines as I am a classically trained chef. But with my father from the Islands of Fiji and my mother from St.Lucia in the Caribbean I am now bringing you Fiji Fusion.

My new menu is a fusion of dishes and ingredients from both Islands with my own twist!

I have a brand spanking new menu that I have created and I can't wait to serve it to you and my new event space will be at Shrewsbury House Community Centre, Bushmoor Crescent, London SE18 3EG.

This event is ticketed and the price per ticket is £49.50 each for three courses!
